Manchester United have officially announced the signing of 16-year-old winger Isaac Konde from Liverpool, completing a trio of high-profile youth acquisitions in the space of a few days.
Konde, who featured regularly for Liverpool’s Under-18s towards the end of the 2025–26 season, has signed an initial one-year scholarship deal and will turn professional on a five-year contract when he turns 17 in October.
The deal follows the arrivals of 17-year-old midfielder Karim Cassim and 16-year-old central midfielder David Eze, both from Manchester City.
Cassim was confirmed first, with Eze following two days later; Konde’s move had been expected for several weeks and was formally announced on 28 September.
All three will initially join United’s Under-18s under Darren Fletcher, with the club describing them as talented youngsters with a view to senior progression in time.
Konde is a versatile wide player capable of operating on both flanks and is noted for his pace and ball control.
Liverpool are due a training compensation fee for the teenager, though the exact amount has not been disclosed.
